We guarantee to be with you throughout your journey and provide support guidance and motivation, as needed.

This  is a 5 month intensive fitness program that encompasses one-on-one personal training along with fitness education, a specialized fitness plan derived from your fitness assessment results and goals.

Weight management

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

Our weight management program is designed to  provide you education and guidance to control your weight, eating, fitness habits, cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar (Glucose) levels.

Our program  helps manage and may prevent and delay weight-related diseases,

such as heart disease, diabetes, arthritis and more. Our weight control strategy includes learning how to make healthy food choices with low-fat, low-calorie and smaller portions, all while incorporating a balanced fitness regiment into your life. 

EXPRESS TONE & SCULPT

This is a (3) month program designed for the experienced / intermediate to advanced fitness professional, looking for time efficient workouts that target specific muscles groups for body composition, maintenance, increased endurance and more, in under an hour. Extreme! (HIIT) High Intensity Interval Training, boot camp style workouts and more.
