A fitness assessment is an essential requirement before starting personal training services for several reasons. It helps determine your current health and fitness level, and the assessment results provide a baseline for tracking progress. We analyze the findings from the assessment and use them to create a customized fitness plan tailored to your needs and goals. By conducting a fitness assessment, we ensure that you receive safe and effective training, as well as reduce the risk of injuries. This approach ultimately leads to better outcomes and success in reaching your fitness goals.

 

Prior to your first visit,

 

Please properly hydrate, lightly stretch your main muscle groups; Chest, arms, thighs and legs. Get plenty of rest, 24 hours prior to your scheduled assessment.   

 

The assessment takes approximately 90 minutes to complete. Come prepared to workout. Dress  in proper workout / gym  attire.
